Disney Reveals Newly Re-Imagined HP Fieldhouse with Star-Studded Ceremony

Disney, together with HP, introduced the new HP Fieldhouse during a star-studded ceremony yesterday at Walt Disney World.  On hand with Mickey and Goofy to celebrate the expanded relationship were soccer superstar Mia Hamm, Dallas Cowboys’ Jason Witten, and EPSN Radio personalities Mike Golic and Mike Greenberg from “Mike and Mike in the Morning,”

The facility, located at the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex, boasts 70,000 square feet of modern playing surfaces and state of the art facilities.  It features 5,000 seats for viewing events.  The cornerstone of ESPN Wide World of Sports complex, the HP Fieldhouse originally opened in 1997, and under the new relationship with HP, will feature brand new technology to enhance the experience of athletes, coaches, and fans alike.  Guests will be able to customize their experience through interactive photo technology, which enables them to download and design and print their very own memorabilia from their visit.  Eventually, fan will even be able to create their very own life-sized posters.
