Disneyland is celebrating its 63 anniversary today and is celebrating this milestone with special festivities including the “Happiest March on Earth” down Main Street U.S.A.
Guests can still enjoy Pixar Fest through September 3 at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. Pixar Fest is celebrating friendship and Pixar films with a special Pixar fireworks show, the Pixar Pals Dance Party, and more.
And don’t forget about the fun over on Pixar Pier!
One of the special events today includes the playing of Walt Disney’s speech:: “To all who come to this happy place–welcome! Disneyland is your land. Here, age relives fond memories of the past, and here youth may savor the challenge and promise of the future. Disneyland is dedicated to the ideals, the dreams, and the hard facts that have created America, with the hope that it will be a source of joy and inspiration to all the world.”
