Disney’s ’1952′ Movie Changes to ‘Tomorrowland’

30 January 2013 No Comment

Disney’s upcoming flick 1952 has received a name change: Tomorrowland. But will the film tie-in to the Disney Parks area of the same name?

The upcoming live-action flick will star George Clooney, and Damon Lindelof and Brad Bird have penned the script. While details of the movie are remaining tightly under wraps, both Bird and Lindelof have posted clues about the movie on Twitter, including black and white photos of Walt Disney himself.

Disney officials wouldn’t comment on whether any scenes would be filmed at Disneyland.

We’ll let you know more details as they become available, but you can expect Tomorrowland to debut in theaters December 19, 2014.
