epcotDisney has announced that Innoventions West in Epcot’s Future World is closing in May for a refurbishment.

The attraction is home to Think presented by IBM, The Great Piggy Bank Adventure presented by T. Rowe Price, and Where’s the Fire presented by Liberty Mutual Insurance.

All three of the attractions will be replaced during the refurbishment. Disney has said that the sponsorship agreements with these companies are ending.

There is no word yet as to what might be replacing the exhibits in Innoventions West. The current exhibits in Innoventions East will remain. Those include: Sum of All Thrills, StormStruck, Habit Heroes, Vision House, and Take a Nanoonze Break.

Innoventions East and West are located in Epcot’s Future World behind Spaceship Earth.

Disney has not released a timeline regarding the reopening of Innoventions West.
