runDisney Announces Virtual Races to Benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society

Yellow-Shoes-Medal_590pxrunDisney has announced a the runDisney Virtual Running Shorts Series which will benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

The series launches this summer and will include three 5K races that you can complete on any course you choose – in your neighborhood, on a treadmill, or somewhere else.

Participants will receive a finisher medal for each 5K completed plus a challenger medal for finishing all three 5Ks.

The finisher medals are inspired by Mickey Mouse and will feature his yellow shoes, red pants, and white gloves. The challenger medal features Mickey in his sport ensemble.

Participants can register here for the runDisney Virtual Running Shorts Series. The races take place May 15 through June 1; June 5-18; and June 19-30. Each individual race is $39 per runner. The entire series is $142 and runs from May 15 through June 30.
