Sneak Peek at the Menu for Morimoto Asia

Morimotos-Concept-Art-2-600x290Morimoto Asia is set to open its doors on September 30 in what will by then be called Disney Springs and we have a sneak peek of the menu!

The pan-Asian restaurant from Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto will be located in The Landing are of Disney Springs and will be serving lunch and dinner. During the first few weeks after opening day guests will only be able to dine there for dinner.

The menu includes starters like Edamame, Crab Rangoon, Tuna Pizza, and Dim Sum. There are also sushi roll options on the starter menu including Shrimp Tempura and a California Roll.

The menu also includes a Soups and Salads section featuring Duck Soup, a Meat and Poultry section with dishes including Morimoto Peking Duck, Orange Chicken, and a Rib Eye Steak. The Noodles and Rice section features Pad Thai, Lo Mein Noodles, Pho Ga, and Egg Fried Rice. There is also a fish section and a vegetable section of the menu.

And younger diners will be able to enjoy the Kids Menu.

Reservations can be made now via OpenTable.com and after the restaurant opens guests can also call 407-560-6686 to make reservations. Advance Dining Reservations through Disney will be available beginning November 1.

Hours of operation will be 11 a.m. until 2 a.m. daily serving lunch and dinner, with a weekend brunch.
