New Halloween Party Coming to Disney California Adventure

An all-new Halloween party is coming to Disney California Adventure this fall – Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party!
The Oogie Boogie Bash is a separate-ticket party that will feature a new “World of Color” spectacular – “­Villainous!,” an interactive “Descendants”-inspired dance party, a stage show with Mickey Mouse, and a Disney villains walk-through experience.
Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party will take place on the following dates:

Get Ready to Celebrate 30 Years at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Disney’s Hollywood Studios is celebrating its 30th anniversary on May 1 with a special parade, new merchandise, special eats, and more.
The party starts with a ‘star-studded’ cavalcade with Mickey Mouse and friends at 10 a.m. on May 1.
Guests can pick up a special commemorative button and and anniversary guide map when they arrive at the park.
Anniversary merchandise includes a new adult T-shirt, baseball cap, Tervis tumbler, MagicBand, ornament and more. All of the merchandise items will be available beginning May 1 at Hollywood Studios beginning at 8 a.m. There will …

End Date Announced for IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth at Epcot

The very last date for IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth at Epcot is September 30, 2019.
The new, temporary nighttime show Epcot Forever will begin its run on October 1, 2019.
IllumiNations has been a part of Epcot’s nighttime entertainment for the last 20 years and guests can still enjoy the spectacular all summer long.
Epcot Forever is one of two new shows coming to Epcot to replace IllumiNations. It will run nightly starting October 1, 2019, and will feature fireworks, music, lighting, lasers and choreographed, special effects kites.

Dates Announced for the 2019 Epcot Festival of the Holidays

The dates for the 2019 Epcot Festival of the Holidays have been announced!
This year’s Festival will run from November 23 through December 30.
Once again the Festival will feature Holiday Kitchens serving up holiday eats, the Candlelight Processional, holiday storytellers, and more!

Dates Announced for the 2019 Epcot Food and Wine Festival

The dates have been announced for the 2019 Epcot Food and Wine Festival.
The 2019 Festival will run August 29 through November 23!
Yes, that means the Festival opens on the very same day that Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opens at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
But, back to the Food and Wine Festival…
This year’s Festival will run for a record 87 days! And, will once again feature Marketplace Booths, the Eat to the Beat concerts, seminars, demonstrations, and more!
The Eat to the Beat concerts will end on November 19 – before the Festival ends …

New ‘No Smoking’ Policy Announced Plus Updates to Stroller Sizes and More at the Disney Parks

There’s a new “no smoking” policy at Walt Disney World and Disneyland, in addition to new policies for strollers, ice in coolers, and more.
Starting May 1, the theme parks at Disney World and Disneyland will be smoke free.
The new smoke free zones also include the ESPN Wide World of Sports, Disney World water parks, and Disneyland’s Downtown Disney District.
Designated smoking areas will be available outside the entrances of the new smoke-free areas, and at Disney Springs.
Also beginning May 1, there is a new size policy for strollers in the theme …

Registration is Now Open for the Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend Events

The Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year and several of the race weekend events have new enhancements.
All participants in the Disney Fall Feast 5K will now receive a participant “tech” shirt – just like the runners in the other events.
And for the first time, the 5K will be held in Epcot!
The exclusive post-race party will now have an earlier start time at 5 p.m. and special 10 year anniversary fun will start at 10 p.m.

New Film “Awesome Planet” Coming to Epcot’s The Land Pavilion

A new film, Awesome Planet, has been announced for The Land Pavilion in Epcot.
The film “showcases the spectacular beauty, diversity and dynamic story of our earth.”
This new addition at The Land is part of the on going expansion at the park that includes updates to the film in Canada and the new Beauty and the Beast sing along that will rotate with Impressions de France in the France Pavilion.
Awesome Planet will feature “spectacular nature photography, immersive in-theater effects, and space sequences” created by Industrial Light & Magic.

Epcot’s France Pavilion to Welcome An Authentic Crêperie

A new restaurant – an authentic crêperie is planned for Epcot’s France Pavilion as part of the pavilion’s enrichment.
The new crêperie will be built in a location near Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure and will feature the cuisine of celebrity chef Jérôme Bocuse.
The new restaurant will feature table service dining along with a quick service option for guests who want savory and sweet crepes.
