d23 galaxyThis year’s D23 Expo will feature a pavilion dedicated to the new Star Wars-themed lands being built at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disneyland.

The Walt Disney Parks and Resorts: A Galaxy of Stories pavilion will be the place for guests to check out a detailed model of the 14-acre lands coming to the parks.

On Saturday, July 15, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Chairman Bob Chapek will present the “what’s new and what’s next” presentation focusing on the Disney resorts around the world.

Other presentations include: Pirates of the Caribbean: 50 Years of Swashbuckling Adventures in Disney Parks on July 14 at 3:30 p.m.; Inspiring Women of Imagineering on July 16 at 12:15 p.m.; and Voices of Disney Parks on July 16 at 2:30 p.m.
