Flying Fish Scheduled to Open August 3 at Disney’s BoardWalk
The refurbished signature dining location will feature a refurbished dining room and a new kitchen led by Chef Tim Majoras.
The menu at Flying Fish has also been revamped and will feature appetizers like Yellowfin Tuna, a Tour of the Coast, and Kurobuta Pork Belly. Entrees include wood-fired Carabinero Prawn and Cobia, Plancha-Seared Hokkadio Scallops, and Waygu Filet Mignon.
Missing from the new menu (for now at least) is the popular snapper and the steak.
