On January 8, Walt Disney Studios will be releasing the soundtrack for the hit Disney XD show Tron: Uprising. The soundtrack will only be available in digital format.
The soundtrack will include the original score from series’ composer Joseph Trapanese, as well as several remixes from popular artists 3OH!3, Opiuo, and David Hiller. Additionally, a brand-new track called “Rezolution” from 16 year old rising star Cole Plante will be featured.
Says Joseph Trapanese about the soundtrack:
The artistic and creative directors of the series worked closely with the writers of the film to create a firm connection to the film while being its own unique, distinct world. That’s where this process was most rewarding, the ability to start with a framework of cool sounds, ideas, and textures, but then take it to the new places that the series went.
The soundtrack is available now for pre-order wherever digital albums are sold.
