Atlanta Braves Spring Training Starts at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex

bravesThe Atlanta Braves’ Spring Training season has started at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at the Walt Disney World Resort.

This is the 19th consecutive year that the Braves have been at Disney World.

The ballpark will be serving up special ballpark food created just for Spring Training and the out-of-market club area is where grownups can find craft beers.

At each game one child will be selected to serve as the “junior announcer” who will announce player introductions before the game.

The first Spring Training game is March 1 against the Baltimore Orioles. The Braves will also face the Detroit Tigers on March 3, 20, and April 1; the St. Louis Cardinals on March 16; and the New York Yankees on March 30.
