Walt Disney World guests have a unique place to ‘chill’ when they visit the resort’s two popular water parks; Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon & Blizzard Beach. Day-long premium rentals of “Beachcomber Shacks” and “Polar Patios” accommodate up to six guests and have initially proven very popular, selling out within an hour of park opening. The rentals provide over-head shelter, upscale Adirondack seating, towels, a locker, beverages to quench a whole days’ thirst, and a service attendant who takes orders & delivers food from an a-la-carte menu.
“Polar Patios” and “Beachcomber Shacks” are $250 ($150 for non-peak season) plus tax for the day; if your party is larger than six people you can add up to four more guests at a charge of $25 per person. Water park admission is not included in the fee. They can be reserved by calling 407/WDW-PLAY.
