Booth Menus, Special Events, and More Announced for 2017 Epcot Food and Wine Festival

food and wineThe 2017 Epcot Food and Wine Festival starts August 31 this year (!!!) and Disney has released all of the marketplace booth menus and details about many of the Festival’s special events.

This year’s Festival will feature 35 Marketplace Booths in honor of the 35th anniversary of Epcot (which happens this fall).

New to the lineup this are: Active Eats, The Almond Orchard Hosted by Blue Diamond Almond Breeze, Coastal Eats, Earth Eats (new from The CHEW), Flavors From Fire, and Light Lab.

Returning after a hiatus is Thailand, Spain, and India!

All of the Culinary Demos and Beverage Seminars will cost $17 this year and the Mix It! Make It! Celebrate It! hands-on workshops are $49. We’re still waiting for information on the low-cost seminars and demonstrations.

Special events for this year’s Festival will include Party for the Senses, Cheese Seminars, Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto Behind the Scenes, the What’s Cookin’ With series, and many more.

General booking opens July 20, and we think July 18 is the booking day for several “affinity” groups including Tables in Wonderland members and Annual Passholders.

The 2017 Epcot Food and Wine Festival runs for 75 days this year.
