The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival kicks off April 1 and runs through May 1, and Disney has released the booth menus.
The festival celebrates springtime California flavors. This year’s booths are: LAstyle, The Vineyard, Wine Country, ¡Viva Fresca!, Gold Rush, The Brewhouse, The Farm, and The Bay.
Featured menu items include Chilled Ahi Poke with Avacado Crème and Wakame Salad topped with sesame tuile (LAstyle), wine flights at The Vineyard, Blackberry Tart with rosemary vanilla crème fraiche and a Cabernet wine glaze (Wine Country), Apple Bacon Whoopie Pie with maple cream cheese icing and bacon brittle (Gold Rush), Grilled Beef Tenderloin Slider with chimichurri sauce (The Farm), and more.
Several restaurants will also be serving specialty menu items during the Food & Wine Festival including Carthay Circle Restaurant, Carthay Circle Lounge, The Pacific Wharf Café, Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill, Lucky Fortune Cookery, and Wine Country Trattoria.
In addition to the food, there are also demonstrations and seminars for guests.
The festival runs each weekend from April 1 through May 1 with some marketplace booths open Monday through Thursday.
