Disney Pixar Announces Two New Films at D23 Expo

While D23 Expo has just about wrapped up in Anaheim, California, we’re still learning of announcements that took place over the weekend.  Disney Pixar, for instance, has announced two brand-new, not-discussed-before films, which are scheduled for release November 27, 2013 and May 30, 2014.

The first film will be centered around dinosaurs, and has been anticipated for almost two years.  A brief teaser synopsis from the studio reads:

What if that life-changing asteroid missed Earth? Director Bob Peterson’s hilarious tale depicts a world where dinosaurs never went extinct.

The second film, which is rumored to be written by Toy Story 3 writer Michael Arndt, sounds like it will be treading completely original animated ground:

From director Pete Docter comes an inventive new film that explores a world that everyone knows, but no one has seen: inside the human mind.

We hope that it won’t be too long before more details emerge about the films, like names, synopses, characters, and concept art.  Which sounds more interesting to you?
