Disney World Offers Free Dining Plan for Selected Dates Through Spring 2012

Disney announced today that it would extend its free dining plan deal for select dates from October to March 2012.   Free dining plans have been available for select dates into September 2011, but as of today, guests looking for a dining deal now have far more dates to choose from.

Guests who are interested in the free dining plan must purchase a vacation package, which includes room and theme park tickets, at regular price.  Guests booking the value resorts will receive the quick service dining plan, while guests booking a room in deluxe, villa, or moderate resorts will receive the standard dining plan.  Minimum stay of three nights is required to receive the deal, and guests can upgrade their dining plan for an additional fee.

Here are the dates for which the offer is currently available:

October 2, 2011 – October 8, 2011
October 23, 2011 – November 5, 2011
November 13, 2011 – November 18, 2011*
November 27, 2011 – December 3, 2011
December 11, 2011 – December 17, 2011

Jan 8, 2012 – Jan 14, 2012
Jan 22, 2012 – Feb 4, 2012
Feb 12, 2012 – Feb 18, 2012
March 4, 2012 – March 10, 2012
March 25, 2012 – March 31, 2012

Book by October 29, 2011, to take advantage of this special offer, which comes during some of Walt Disney World’s most beloved special events, like Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, Epcot International Food and Wine Festival, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, and Epcot’s Candlelight Processional.  Ask for code D3X for value resort bookings, and code J4J for moderate and deluxe resort bookings.

*According to our friends at the Disney Food Blog: “Disney website says 11/18, though we’ve heard of guests getting the package for 11/19. Never hurts to ask.”
