Disneynature’s ‘Born in China’ Coming to Theater on Earth Day 2017

borninchinaThe latest film from Disneynature, Born in China, is slated to arrive in theaters on Earth Day 2017.

The film is narrated by John Krasinski and showcases the “wilds of China.”

Born in China follows three animal families – a giant panda mother and her baby, a 2-year-old  golden monkey, and a mother snow leopard who is raising her cubs in a harsh environment.

The film was directed by Chinese filmmaker Lu Chuan and was produced by Roy Conli and filmmakers Brian Leith and Phil Chapman.

For every fan that sees Born in China during its opening week, Disneynature will donate to the World Wildlife Fund to protect the panda populations and to establish conservation programs for snow leopards in China.
