This fall Portobello will reopen as an as-yet-unnamed Italian restaurant from Top Chef Master Chef Tony Mantauno. The eatery will feature a menu inspired by Chef Tony’s travels.

Later this year, Wine Bar George from Master Sommelier George Miliotes is slated to open with a wine list featuring more than 100 selections of wine by the bottle and the glass.

In 2018 Jaleo from Chef José Andrés’ ThinkFoodGroup will open on the West Side of Disney Springs. This will be the first Florida location for the restaurant.

Guests at Jaleo will enjoy a menu of tapas, paella, hand-carved Jamon Iberico de Bellota, and wood-grilled Iberico pork. The restaurant will also feature a grab and go storefront with Spanish sandwiches.

And finally, a new Wolfgang Puck concept will open in Town Center in 2018. Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill will “modernize the traditional bar and grill concept” in a spot designed by tonychi. The menu will highlight some of Puck’s signature dishes in addition to specialty cocktails, beer, and wine.
