Mickey Mouse-Inspired Celtic Jewelry Heading to U.K. Pavilion at Epcot

Sources say that three new Celtic jewelry items will be coming to the United Kingdom Pavilion at Epcot next month, inspired by none other than Mickey Mouse himself.

Sylvie Brumbaugh, product developer for World Showcase, said:

For the past few years, the United Kingdom Pavilion at Epcot has offered a selection of sterling silver jewelry by Kit Heath. This is the first time that we are introducing necklaces and earrings that have a Celtic design inspired by Mickey Mouse.

According to Brumbaugh, the designs for these items have been in development for several years, and the artwork for each design was originally created by Disney Design Group artists. When they are released, visitors will find them located exclusively at the jewelry room between the Queen’s Table and the Lords & Ladies Shop at the United Kingdom pavilion. Expect these pieces to become available in late August.
