The Outdoor Kitchens are returning to this year’s festival and a new Outdoor Kitchen is debuting this year – Bonitas Botanico. This kiosk will be located between the France and Morocco pavilions and will be serving dishes including Cachapas with Farmer’s Cheese, Seafood Ceviche, and a non-alcoholic punch called La Tizana.
This year’s topiaries will include the first Anna and Elsa topiaries inspired by Frozen. They’ll be in a garden vignette inspired by the film and filled with white and silver flowers. The Epcot entrance vignettes are called ‘Goofy About Spring’ and will feature Goofy, Daisy, and Pluto.
Ten new gardens are debuting at this year’s festival including a Southwest garden, a healing-and-health garden, a pepper garden, and a Shakespeare garden. Each of the new gardens will feature a storytelling element.
This year the festival is celebrating with special weekend events including: Spring into Spring Weekend on March 13-17 with a nod to St. Patrick’s Day; Art in the Garden Weekend on March 27-29; Earth Day Weekend, April 17-22; and Florida Fresh Weekend on April 24-29.
Each weekend the Garden Rocks Concert Series will rock out the America Gardens Theater starting March 6.
The 2015 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival kicks off March 4 and runs through May 17.
