Oregon and Florida State Players Visit Disneyland Resort Ahead of Rose Bowl

rose bowlPlayers from the University of Oregon Ducks and the Florida State University Seminoles made a stop at Disneyland Resort ahead of the 101st Rose Bowl Game.

The first official pre-game appearance for both teams happened December 27 at Disney California Adventure Park.

Oregon head coach Mark Helfrich and Florida State head coach Jimbo Fisher were joined by members of their teams during a ceremony with Mickey Mouse and Disneyland Resort President Michael Colglazier.

Each team was invited to show their DisneySide while enjoying attractions at Disney California Adventure.

The 101st Rose Bowl will be played on New Year’s Day at 5 p.m. The No. 2 ranked Oregon Ducks will face the defending national champions the Florida State Seminoles. Following the Rose Bowl, the No. 1 ranked Alabama Crimson Tide face the No. 4 ranked Ohio State Buckeyes in the Allstate Sugar Bowl at 8:30 p.m. The winners of both bowl games will face each other in the College Football Playoff National Championship on January 12.
