More than 16,000 runners are participating in The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror 10-Miler Weekend in October and they’ll be sporting some “glowing” bling this year.
The medal for the runDisney Kids Races – including the diaper dash, 100m, 200m, 400m, and 1-mile race – is a Halloween-inspired Donald Duck medallion that features the runDisney logo and Donald Duck holding a bucket of Halloween candy.
The runners who finish the Disney Happy Haunted 5K Trail Run will be awarded a glow-in-the-dark medallion featuring the Hitchhiking Ghosts from The Haunted Mansion. This is the first year that the medal has been a glow in the dark version.
Those who finish the 2014 The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror 10-Miler will receive a medal that features The Hollywood Tower Hotel. This medal also glows in the dark and the elevator moves up and down.
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror 10-Miler Weekend happens October 3-4.
