If you were hoping to register for an upcoming runDisney event, like the 2019 Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend, runDisney has posted an update on its official site about a delay for registrations.
In a post on the site, runDisney states: “We are working to create a more streamlined race registration experience for runDisney participants. As a result, registration for the 2018-19 Walt Disney World race event weekends will be temporarily delayed; however, all races are still scheduled for this season as planned.”
It is also noted that registration for this summer’s virtual Running Shorts will open today, April 12, at 12 p.m. ET.
Registration for other races – including the 2019 events – have not been announced.
runDisney says they will have additional information on June 1 for the other races.
