Dining at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort

From steakhouse fare to American cuisine and everything in between, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort offers several dining opportunities for guests to take advantage of.

At the Maya Grill, guests can dine on a variety of breakfast and dinner selections that combine classic American flavors with Latin inspiration. Diners can also enjoy the ambiance of the Mayan fire, sun and water motifs that decorate the restaurant.

The a la carte breakfast buffet allows guests to start the day right with a selection of breakfast dishes like huevos rancheros, eggs benedict and kobe brunch burgers, as well as other selections. For dinner, there are plenty of savory seafood, poultry and meat dishes as well as delectable desserts like the spiced churro with a scoop of coconut ice cream.

Themed after an open-air market, the Pepper Market Food Court offers something for everyone. Breakfast, lunch and dinner choices abound in this food court, with nine different sections to choose from. Breakfast selections can include freshly baked items, egg dishes, waffles, fruit and more. For lunch, salads and soups are abundant, as are the sandwiches, like the BBQ beef sandwich or chicken sandwich. Pizzas, fajitas, burritos, tacos, burgers, nachos and other favorites are also here. Finally, dinner selections include Mexican specialties and Italian dishes, as well as ribeye steak, roasted pork, a rotisserie chicken and more. Coffee, tea, beer, wine, margaritas, soft drinks, juice and smoothies, as well as a dessert section, are all offered here as well.

For a quick bite to eat, stop by Cafe Rix for quick-service selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast choices include a variety of pastries and home baked goods, while lunch and dinner offers salads, sandwiches, and cold cuts. Beverages include wine, malt coolers, beer, water, soft drinks and specialty coffee drinks. For dessert, sample a scoop of gelato or go for fresh strawberries and yogurt.

Decorated to resemble a Mediterranean environment, the Rix Lounge is for guests who want a place to order specialty cocktails and appetizers while enjoying the DJ or live entertainment offered nightly. This upscale lounge serves a variety of gourmet appetizers, such as the smoked salmon tartar and chorizo flat bread. Martinis, champagne, margaritas, mojitos and other specialty cocktails are sold here as well.

Sample new beverages or indulge in an old favorite at Laguna Bar, an outdoor lakeside lounge perfect for socializing or enjoying the outdoors. Margaritas, beer, wine, and specialty drinks are all served here, as well as light snacks like chips, fried coconut shrimp and assorted sandwiches.

Finally, located at the center of Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is Siesta’s Pool Bar and Grill. This combination bar/grill allows guests to choose from a variety of heartier meals, such as the cheeseburger combo, a buffalo chicken sandwich, or fully loaded nachos. To wash down your food, choose from hot beverages, soft drinks, draft beer, and specialty cocktails like the electric lemonade made with rum or Francisco’s Margarita.
