Word is starting to spread that this summer, when Toy Story 3 hits theaters, one of the most popular attractions at Walt Disney World and Disneyland will get a bit of an update to celebrate. Blue Sky Disney is reporting that thanks to the design of the attraction, the entire ride can be updated and new games be installed within days or weeks as opposed to months when other attractions go down for refurbishment and updating. The Los Angeles Times is reporting that the battle between Disney and Cablevision , is getting more intense as the Saturday midnight deadline closes in. Cablevision is claiming that Disney is asking for $40 million per year to retransmit the local station’s signal, however Disney has denied that is the price it is asking.

USA Today is reporting that recently ousted American Idol contestant Haeley Vaughn is interested in working for Disney via the Disney Channel. As an admitted longtime fan of Disney’s Hannah Montana, she was quoted saying “Being on Disney would be awesome and performing with other Disney artists would be great, too.” She is also considering exploring the country music scene as well.
