Today was an exciting day at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort! The new counter service restaurant, table service restaurant, lobby, and reimagined pool bar all opened!
The new locations are part of a huge construction project at the resort that started in May 2017.
The new counter service location – Centertown Market – is open for breakfast and dinner, with grab-and-go items available at lunch.
Sebastian’s Bistro – the new table service spot that replaces Shutters – is open for lunch and dinner.

The new quick service location at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort – Centertown Market – is slated to open this fall and we have a preview of the new eats!
The menu at Centertown Market will feature family-friendly, fast casual offerings as well as customizable Latin and Caribbean-inspired dishes including Island Bowls for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Bowls will include:
Bases:home fries (for breakfast), red beans and rice (offered all day), and greens (for dinner)
Rotisserie beef, bacon, chorizo, or plant-based sausage for breakfast proteins

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort has been undergoing major construction since earlier this year and today Disney has announced more details about the changes coming to the resort.
Old Port Royale is being re-imagined as the “port of entry” where guests will check in for their Caribbean vacation.
Inside Old Port Royale guests will find Centertown Market – the new quick service restaurant, Calypso Trading Post, and more.

Disney recently announced two major resort construction projects at Coronado Springs and Caribbean Beach, and now we’re hearing more details about what is happening at Caribbean Beach Resort.
Guests with reservations at Caribbean Beach that start at the end of April and beginning of May started receiving emails on Tuesday informing them of the closure of the dining options at the resort.
