Disneyland Paris Announces Mulit-Year Expansion

Disneyland Paris has announced a multi-year expansion for the park that includes a transformation of the Walt Disney Studios Park.
The two billion euro project includes building three new areas based on Marvel, Frozen and Star Wars in the Walt Disney Studios Park.
Disney CEO and Chairman Bob Iger made the announcement along with French President Emmanuel Macron at the Palais de l’Elysée in Paris.
The new areas will include new attractions and entertainment, and a new lake will be a focal point and the connecting point for the new areas.

Disneyland Paris Works on ‘Ratatouille’ Ride

In April, we informed you of a planned multi-year park expansion for Disneyland Paris, including the opening of a new attraction. Now, it looks like we know what that new attraction will be – a ride based on the popular film Ratatouille.
While not many details are known about the ride at this point, sources say the attraction’s tentative title is Ratatouille: Kitchen Calamity and may even have a restaurant attached. Additionally, the ride is expected to be a “dark ride,” where riders are taken through a fully enclosed space like …

Disneyland Paris CEO Talks Future Plans for the Theme Park

Phillipe Gas, the CEO of Euro Disney S.C.A., talked candidly about some of the upcoming projects Disneyland Paris has in the pipeline.
One of the major announcements centered around a multi-year park expansion that’s planned, starting with the opening of a new attraction in 2014. Not much was said about this new attraction, but Gas did say that it would be French themed and a “world first” ride.
