Catapult Action-Biased Marketing Wins Disney Food, Health and Beauty Award

Disney Consumer Products have awarded Catapult Action-Biased Marketing with their 2011 Disney Food, Health and Beauty Award. The award was given to Catapult in recognition of their shopper marketing programs for two of their clients – The Kellogg Company and Perdue. The marketing company won in two categories, which included Best Retail Program (Kellogg) and Licensee of the Year (Perdue.)

Said President of Catapult Peter Cloutier:

We are honored to be celebrating this Disney winner, which is the highest achievement that any marketing agency can win with this world-class media company. To have won the top award in two of the four categories demonstrates the enthusiastic excellence that our team brings to shopper marketing. We look forward to doing more great work in the year ahead.

Kellogg ran a retail program for Disney’s Cars 2, which offered consumers a free promotional code to redeem online for Cars 2 racing merchandise when they purchased specially marked boxes of Kellogg’s products. Meanwhile, Perdue launched four SKUS of Cars 2 chicken nugget products during 2011. The launch included a huge marketing campaign on television, social media and the active promotion of the Disney film. Additionally, Perdue also launched a Radio Disney campaign in conjunction with their overall marketing efforts.
