To celebrate Jake’s first birthday, Disney Junior is inviting fans of Jake and The Never Land Pirates to create video birthday greetings, which may appear on Disney Channel and Disney Junior.
On January 31, parents can log on to DisneyJunior.com/JakesBirthday to download and print a greeting card which will be used in the videotaped submission. All videos will be posted on DisneyJunior.com, and some of them will be chosen to appear on air from February 25 to March 1, 2013.
In addition to the downloadable greeting card, Disney is hosting “Jake’s Birthday Bash” online. This exciting event will feature pirate-themed crafts, recipes, party favors and activities, including a treasure hunt to help Jake find his birthday presents.
The birthday-themed episode of Jake and The Never Land Pirates, “Jake’s Birthday Bash,” will debut March 1 at 8:30 a.m. on Disney Channel and 5:30 p.m. on Disney Junior.
