The restaurant will feature the “farm-to-fork” cuisine that Chef Smith is known for and diners will enjoy comfort foods including Cheese-Laced Biscuits, Fried Chicken, and more.
Desserts will include Mockingbird Cake and Fruit Cobblers.
The restaurant will spotlight seasonal ingredients from Florida in addition to products and ingredients from Florida artisans including roasted coffees, desserts, breads, and more.
The Shine Bar will feature hand-crafted cocktails, punches, and more – and the main ingredient in many drinks will be Moonshine.
There is no official opening date yet, but guests should expect to be dining at Homecoming: Florida Kitchen and Shine Bar later this summer.
