Disney Interactive has announced that they have decided to discontinue production on Disney Infinity effective immediately.
Two final retail releases are planned including three new characters from Alice Through the Looking  Glass arriving this month and a Finding Dory play set that will hit store shelves in June.

Disney Interactive has announced that the all-new Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition Starter Pack will feature Star Wars characters.

Disney Cruise Line has announced new enhancements coming to the Disney Dream this fall.
The enhancements include two new interactive youth areas – one with a Star Wars theme and the other with a Disney Infinity theme. The popular Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is also coming to the Dream.

Earlier this month Disney Interactive played host to the first-ever Disney Infinity Toy Box Summit.
The event was held in Salt Lake City, Utah, which happens to be the home of Disney Interactive’s Avalanch Software and featured 22 Toy Box Artists from around the world.

Disney Infinity’s next chapter arrives in stores later this fall, but D23 members have a chance to get an exclusive preview of the 2.0 edition at San Diego Comic-Con.
