On March 13, The Walt Disney Co. will be holding their annual shareholders’ meeting in Kansas City, MO. According to the Kansas City Business Journal, this will be the first time the meeting has been held in Kansas City since 1998.
Disney spokeswoman Kathryn Kranhold says:
Disney is delighted to be going back to Kansas City, where Walt discovered his great love for animation and produced Alice’s Wonderland, the short cartoon that marked the founding of the Walt Disney Co.
As of this writing, it’s uncertain specifically where the meeting will take place, along with the number of people expected to attend.
