Check Out the Merchandise for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party kicked off last week at the Magic Kingdom and there’s a lot of new merchandise for guests this year.
Hocus Pocus is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year – and is a big part of the party – and guests will find a slate of merchandise honoring the Sanderson sisters including shirts inspired by the sisters’ costumes, a black Spirit Jersey, a cauldron-shaped mug, and a light-up ornament.
Other party-themed merchandise includes tees, an ear hat ornament, and more.

Merchandise Revealed for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at the Magic Kingdom

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party kicks off August 25 at the Magic Kingdom and Disney has revealed the merchandise slate for this year.
A whole new collection of merchandise inspired by the Sanderson Sisters and Hocus Pocus is part of this year’s slate.
Items include new light up ornament and a tote bag in addition to T-shirts and a retail MagicBand.
Speaking of MagicBands, guests will also find a glow-in-the-dark retail MagicBand featuring Mickey Mouse and friends. The MagicBand will be presented in a decorative box that smells like chocolate, and will have a …

‘Hocus Pocus’ Apparel Returns to Disney Parks Online Store for a Limited Time

If you’re a fan of the film Hocus Pocus, you’ll want to check out the Disney Parks online store starting September 5.
For just one week – September 5-11 – Hocus Pocus-inspired clothes are making a return to the store.
Items in this limited release include the three costume T-shirts from 2015 that resemble the Sanderson Sisters’ dresses, a costume T-shirt inspired by William “Billy” Butcherson, and a new graphic tee and hooded sweatshirt featuring dialogue and icons from the film.

Disney Unboxes the Merchandise for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2016

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party starts in just a few weeks at the Magic Kingdom and Disney has given guests a sneak peek at the new merchandise.
This year’s merchandise includes event logo tees for men, kids, and a women’s cut tee. There is also a special T-shirt for Annual Passholders.
Other commemorative merchandise includes a limited release pin, a limited edition pin, and a pin set featuring character faces with spider webs.

New ‘Hocus Pocus’-inspired Tees Available at the Disney Parks Online Store Starting September 21

Just in time for Halloween and Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party the Disney Parks Online Store will be selling Hocus Pocus-inspired tees this month.
The T-shirts were designed by Disney Design Group Artist Richard Terpstra and they resemble the Sanderson Sisters’ outfits from the film. The images used on the tees are the actual dresses from the 1993 film.
Each tee will also feature a Hocus Pocus logo on the back.
There will also be a short-sleeve and long-sleeve T-shirt featuring a ‘Sanderson Sisters Witch Museum’ graphic.

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party to Include All-New Show

This fall Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will include an all-new show at the Castle Forecourt Stage.
The show, Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, includes the Sanderson Sisters from Disney’s Hocus Pocus. The sisters have returned to the mortal world for one night and have decided to throw a Halloween party.
The Disney villains will be helping Winifred, Mary, and Sarah to conjure up the “ultimate Hocus Pocus Party Potion” and cast a spell on all the guests at the Magic Kingdom.

Disney Debunks ‘Hocus Pocus’ Sequel Rumors

Last week, many sources picked up the story that Disney was currently developing a sequel to the 1993 cult classic Hocus Pocus. Now, The Huffington Post has reported that a Disney rep told them “[Disney] is not developing a sequel to Hocus Pocus.”
Moviehole.net even went so far as to claim this rumored sequel had a name: Hocus Pocus 2: Rise of the Elderwitch, and that it was scheduled for a release date sometime next year.

Disney Potentially Developing Sequel to ‘Hocus Pocus’

In 1993, Disney released the live-action film Hocus Pocus, a Halloween flick starring Bette Midler, Kathy Najimy, and Sarah Jessica Parker as three witches that are resurrected on Halloween. While initially opening to mixed reviews, the film has developed into a cult classic, becoming one of the most beloved Halloween films through DVD sales and television broadcasts.
