Selena Gomez Appears on Live with Regis and Kelly, Hands Out Grammy Nominations

Selena Gomez fans were treated to a double dose of their favorite singer/actress yesterday, as the young star made appearances in the morning on “Live with Regis and Kelly,” and then again yesterday evening on the Grammy Nominations concert telecast.

The star of Disney’s “Wizards of Waverly Place” sang the English version of her single, “A Year without Rain,” while on the popular morning talk show, which has temporarily traded its New York studio for a stage at the Wynn Resort in Las Vegas.  Gomez also chatted a bit with the popular hosts about her friendship with Taylor Swift, and what the two like to do when they can manage a get together, in spite of their busy schedules.

“We go to the movies, we go get yogurt, we go to dinner.  We hang out.  We go to the mall,” said Gomez during the interview.  “[Being famous] doesn’t really stop us. We’re really appreciative of our fans. We’ll stop and take pictures.”

The young singer wrapped up the evening by appearing on the one-hour primetime special “The Grammy Nominations Concert LIVE!!” where she co-presented the nominees for Song of the Year with Foo Fighters’ David Grohl.  While Gomez was left out of the Grammy nominations herself, she looked stunning in a black strapless dress and glitzy gold sandals.
