Disney XD’s ‘Crash & Bernstein’ Renewed for a Second Season

This week, Disney XD announced that its popular series Crash & Bernstein will be renewed for a second season. Production on the second season will begin in Van Nuys, CA this July, with the season premiere set for this fall.
In a statement, Adam Bonnett, senior vice president of original programming for Disney Channels Worldwide, said:

ESPN’s ‘Sport Science’ Coming to Disney XD

Disney XD has collaborated with ESPN for a new series premiering on Disney XD next month.
Disney XD ESPN Sport Science will delve into the world of sports’ myths and mysteries, and will feature segments from ESPN’s popular show Sport Science. It will be hosted by John Brenkus and Leo Howard, a black belt martial artist and star of Disney XD’s show Kickin’ It and feature pro athletes and scientific experiments that will test the limits of human athletic abilities.

Disney XD’s ‘Pair of Kings’ Returning in June

Disney XD’s hit comedy series Pair of Kings returns next month with a new member joining the cast.
Since Mitchel Musso’s departure from his character Brady, a new face joins the island of Kinkow – actor Adam Hicks, who will play Boz, the boys’ long lost brother. Throughout the series, Boz and Boomer will get to know one another and continue to keep the same humor the show is known for.

Disney XD Orders Live-Action Comedy Series ‘Crash & Bernstein’

Disney XD has ordered a new live-action comedy series dubbed Crash & Bernstein, with the pilot episode directed by Bruce Leddy (Mad TV) and It’s A Laugh Productions.
The show focuses on 14 year old Wyatt Bernstein, the only boy in a family with three sisters. He’s always wished for a brother, and Wyatt gets his wish when his puppet Crash (played by Tim Lagasse) comes to life.

Disney XD Show ‘I’m in the Band’ has Been Canceled

Disney Channel’s sister station Disney XD, which targets the male demographic, has recently announced that I’m in the Band will not return for a third season.
On Thursday, a spokeswoman for the station said that enough episodes of the live-action show have been filmed to finish out the year, and that they’ll be accompanied by a “robust marketing plan.”
I’m in the Band marks the second Disney XD show that has been canceled; the first, Aaron Stone, debuted in 2009 and only lasted two seasons.
