In February, Disney Junior will debut two Valentine’s Day themed episodes for a couple of their popular shows: Doc McStuffins and Handy Manny.
In “My Huggy Valentine,” Doc receives a new toy for Valentine’s Day. Her current toy, Lambie, becomes jealous of Doc’s affections for the new toy until Doc assures Lambie that no one could ever take her place. This heartwarming episode will premiere February 1 at 10 a.m. on Disney Channel and 4 p.m. on Disney Junior.

ABC’s new show The Neighbors will air four episodes on The Disney Channel in an attempt to expand their audience.
The Neighbors, which stars Jami Gertz and Simon Templeman, focuses on a family who moves into a new neighborhood, only to discover that all of their neighbors are aliens. The show premiered in September to audiences of about 6.5 million viewers per episode. Thus far, 10 episodes have aired.

Disney-ABChas extended their licensing deal with Netflix, while creating a separate deal with Amazon to stream Disney content. With the extended Netflix contract, new episodes of Disney-ABC series like Grey’s Anatomy, Desperate Housewives and others will be available via their streaming service 30 days after air.
